Mr. Vaughn has been an attorney for over 39 years and has concentrated in maritime law since 1986. The firm works with individuals, corporations, shipping companies and universities in selling and acquiring, transferring and evaluating vessels.

He is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and has been admitted to practice before a variety of Federal Courts.  Mr. Vaughn has been a licensed attorney since 1971.
