Initial telephone conference are available without charge. The conference is restricted to determining if you have reason to pursue the matter further. The calls are limited to 10 minutes and Mr. Vaughn will advise you appropriately. If there is reason to pursue the matter, he will discuss other issues and provide a preliminary estimate of the costs.
