We provide counsel and assistance to banks, financing institutions and individuals involved in providing funds to ship owners and shipping companies.

We also may assist institutions in setting up a maritime financing program by providing forms, checklists and general counsel.
MARAD XI Transactions
We work closely with SYNERGISTIC DYNAMICS, INC. (SDI), a consulting firm that specializes in Marad Title XI loan guarantees. Our association with SDI allows us to supervise the process which then is handled from start to finish. Synergistic Dynamics also publishes a very comprehensive book on Title XI, available in our BOOKSTORE.
