WHAT WE DO

The State of California imposes a substantial  tax on all yachts and vessels purchased within the State of California.  You may avoid the imposition of the  tax by taking delivery and remaining outside of the state for a specified time.  This kit will help you to take advantage of the provisions of the use tax code and help you create the documentation necessary to support a tax exempt status for your vessel.
