Private practice of law specializing Business, Maritime and Admiralty Law. My practice has been principally involved in the acquisition and sale of commercial ships and businesses. This has been an international-type practice but primarily involved in transactions throughout the United States, Caribbean, Central America, Europe and the Pacific Islands.
